Your satisfaction is very important to us. You may request a refund or replacement for the defective, damaged, or incorrect physical product within 28 days of receiving it. Afterwards the order is not eligible for a cancellation.
Returned physical products must be in their original condition, including all packaging.
When requesting a return or replacement for the defective, damaged, or incorrect physical product, please upload the photo.
Please note that in orders with multiple items, you can only select one option to replace or return those items, not a mixture of replace and return.
To request a refund or replacement for your physical product please fill out the RMA form and we will assist you.
Enter the order info from the Order Confirmation email and choose the return or replacement option.
You will receive email notification with your RMA request number shortly.
